Law360, New York (March 14, 2012, 9:20 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Wednesday that the owners of the New York Mets have to prove at their upcoming trial that they received $303 million they invested with Bernard Madoff without intentionally looking away from signs about his Ponzi scheme.
