'Hangover' Studio Says Use Of Knockoff Bag Free Speech

Entertainment Inc. on Wednesday asked a New York federal court to dismiss Louis Vuitton Malletier SA's suit accusing the producer of infringing its trademarks by featuring a fake Louis Vuitton bag in the "Hangover" sequel, saying the use is protected by the First Amendment.
