Business Groups Back BofA In 9th Circ. Teller Seat Fight

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 9:10 PM EDT) -- Five California organizations on Wednesday backed Bank of America Corp. in its Ninth Circuit fight against a putative class of tellers who claim they were denied seats, saying the tellers’ interpretation of state law would unreasonably force every employer to buy chairs for each employee or risk facing costly litigation.
