US Chases $12M From CityTime Subcontractor Technodyne

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 2:23 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors moved Wednesday to recover $11.5 million from the bank accounts and property of Technodyne LLC owners Padma and Reddy Allen, fugitives accused of helping to defraud New York City out of hundreds of millions of dollars through the CityTime payroll project.
