Hollywood Studios Dodge Blu-Ray Class Action

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 3:21 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday tossed a putative class action against Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and other Hollywood studios over an alleged failure to notify consumers of digital expiration dates for Blu-ray films, ruling the suit's claims were merely speculative and could not stand.
