Mistrial Declared In ‘Desperate Housewives’ Firing Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2012, 5:42 PM EDT) -- A California state judge on Monday declared a mistrial in actress Nicollette Sheridan's $6 million wrongful termination case against the producers of the ABC show “Desperate Housewives,” after jurors said they were hopelessly deadlocked following four days of deliberation.
