Avon Shareholders Ramp Up FCPA Violation Allegations

Law360, New York (March 20, 2012, 5:54 PM EDT) -- After extensive investigation, a class of shareholders amended their complaint in New York federal court Friday, adding new information and altering the parties in its suit accusing beauty company Avon Products Inc. of falsely inflating stock prices by hiding violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
