Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 12:22 PM EDT) -- On Jan. 9, 2012, New Jersey adopted its own version of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, making New Jersey the 47th state to adopt the Uniform Act, and leaving only three states still holding on to their individualized state bodies of trade secret common law.
