Tenants Say Deutsche Bank Fraudulently Evicted Them

Law360, New York (March 21, 2012, 10:36 PM EDT) -- Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries were hit with a proposed class action Wednesday by tenants who claim they were unlawfully evicted from their Chicago residence that a Deutsche unit had taken over in a foreclosure proceeding against the property's owner.
