Homebuyers' Bias Suit Against Countrywide Heads To 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 1:37 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit has agreed to hear arguments from a proposed class of Hispanic and African-American homebuyers who were denied class certification in a suit claiming Countrywide Bank NA discriminated against them by charging them more for mortgages, the plaintiffs revealed Wednesday.
