$100M In Benefits Fell Through Cracks: Delta Pilots

Law360 (August 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- What had been fairly smooth negotiations with employees were disrupted Tuesday when retired pilots accused Delta Air Lines Inc. of twisting tax law and asked a bankruptcy judge to award them $100 million in pension benefits they say Delta has avoided paying.
