Ex-Boeing Worker Asks High Court To Nix Espionage Sentence

Law360, Los Angeles (March 22, 2012, 3:16 PM EDT) -- A former Boeing Co. engineer convicted of stealing thousands of documents from the defense contractor asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to overturn his sentence, arguing that the information he took wasn't classified and didn't include trade secrets.
