Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 9:26 PM EDT) -- DLA Piper does not have to turn over emails to former client MDA City Apartments LLC on the firm's handling of the developer's breach of contract suit over the renovation of a Chicago high-rise, an Illinois appeals court said Thursday, finding the documents were subject to attorney-client privilege.
