Phone Customers Urge 9th Circ. To Revive AT&T Spam Suit

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 8:31 PM EDT) -- A putative class of wireless service customers asked the Ninth Circuit on Friday to revive a suit accusing AT&T Mobility LLC of sending spam text messages, arguing the company wasn't a party to the customers' contracts and had no right to invoke an arbitration clause contained in the contracts.
