7th Circ. Won't Revisit Class Cert. In Merrill Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 2:03 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday refused Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc.'s bid for a rehearing of its ruling that class certification is warranted for a group of black employees who say the Bank of America Corp. acquiree maintained discriminatory compensation policies.
