Rite Aid Managers Get OT Class Action Revived

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 1:39 PM EDT) -- A wage-and-hour class action against Rite Aid Corp. will go forward after a New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday reversed a lower court's denial of class certification, saying the assistant managers had enough issues in common to warrant a collective action.
