Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A group of Wynn Resorts Ltd. shareholders on Tuesday sued Las Vegas mogul Steve Wynn and his casino empire's board of directors for allegedly using a donation to a Macau university to funnel a bribe to officials weighing approval for a planned $2.5 billion casino on the Chinese island.
