Ericsson Denies It Swiped Airvana's Hardware Designs

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Ericsson AB said it never stole designs for cellphone data transmission hardware from Airvana Network Solutions Inc., as a three-day hearing in Airvana's $330 million lawsuit alleging Ericsson violated a contract between Airvana and a telecom Ericsson purchased kicked off Monday before a New York state judge.
