Calif. Appeals Court Rebuffs Wet Seal Worker's Class Cert. Bid

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court said Wednesday that a litigious former Wet Seal Inc. retail employee was not entitled to class certification in her suit accusing the retail chain of denying employees meal breaks.
