Human Tissue Lawsuits Flood MDL Case

Law360 (August 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two additional cases have been transferred to the Human Tissue multidistrict litigation this week, joining almost 200 suits that allege patients became vulnerable to HIV and other infectious diseases after having the blood tissue of cadavers inserted during medical procedures.

The latest cases to join the consolidated litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey were filed by Paula Fox-Zeiner and Teresa Fox-Lamb, and Deborah L. Gasser.
