Texas Baseball League Puts Legal Malpractice Suit On Hold

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 4:39 PM EDT) -- A Texas state appeals court on Thursday agreed to put a hold on Texas Collegiate Baseball League Ltd.’s litigation with its attorney over their alleged fee arrangement, saying proceedings must wait until separate, ongoing lawsuits that involve the parties are resolved.
