Auditors May Cite Ruling In Qui Tam Suit Against Shell

Law360 (August 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two government auditors will be able to cite a recent appeals court ruling to fight Shell Exploration & Production Co.'s contention that their claims involve public information that cannot be the basis of a qui tam action.
