Blackstone Ordered To Disclose RE Investments In IPO Suit

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 2:50 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday ordered The Blackstone Group LP and several current and former executives to disclose all their investments in real estate and several other industries in a putative class action alleging the private equity giant withheld information from investors.
