Cantor Fitzgerald Appeals 9/11 Immunity For Saudi Arabia

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 2:32 PM EDT) -- Cantor Fitzgerald LP and other plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation alleging charities and banks helped finance al-Qaida's 9/11 attacks challenged on Tuesday a New York federal judge’s decision that Saudi Arabia was immune from the claims.
