3rd Circ. Backs Ex-Army Officers' Bid-Rigging Convictions

Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 8:33 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Friday upheld the convictions and sentences of Curtis Whiteford and Michael Wheeler, two U.S. Army Reserve officers involved in a wide-ranging conspiracy to rig bids on contracts awarded by the Coalition Provisional Authority in Al-Hillah, Iraq.
