Exelon Fights ERISA Plaintiffs' Bid To Lift Stay

Law360 (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Exelon Corp. has lashed out at a bid by employees who sued the electric utility for allegedly charging unreasonable 401(k) plan fees to lift a stay, arguing that the stay should remain in place in anticipation of an appellate ruling that may inform theories of liability in the ERISA class action.
