BofA Reaches $230M Deal To Sell NYC Office Tower

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. has reached a deal with Beacon Capital Partners LLC and L&L Holding Co. to sell a 31-story office building in Manhattan for $230 million in connection with its effort to dispose of noncore assets, a source close to the matter said Tuesday.
