Sirius XM Freed From Howard Stern Affiliates' $330M Suit

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge ruled Monday that Howard Stern's production company and agent aren't entitled to $330 million in additional stock awards from Sirius XM Radio Inc. in the wake of the merger that created the satellite operator.
