Calif. Housing Authority Can Move Ahead On $33M RICO Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 17, 2012, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday largely rejected calls to pare down a lawsuit accusing Advanced Development & Investment Inc. and others of siphoning $33 million from Glendale, Calif.’s housing authority, saying racketeering and unfair business practices claims can move forward.
