Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A cellphone customer's evasion of arbitration failed to save her class certification bid Wednesday in a suit against Virgin Mobile USA LP over allegedly unrefunded deposits, with a judge ruling that most other customers appeared to have signed arbitration agreements.
