Holland & Knight Fraud Jury Deadlocked On Punitive Damages

Law360, Los Angeles (April 20, 2012, 8:19 PM EDT) -- Jurors told a California judge on Friday they are deadlocked on whether to award punitive damages against Holland & Knight LLP for allegedly misleading investors on failed real estate ventures, a day after the jury delivered a $34.5 million verdict against the firm.
