US Bank Closes $284.7M Loan For Silicon Valley Office Park

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 3:20 PM EDT) -- Real estate developer Jay Paul Co. has secured a $284.7 million bridge loan from a U.S. Bancorp division to polish off the 1 million-square-foot second phase of Moffett Towers, a mammoth Silicon Valley office complex, the bank said Monday.
