Deutsche Bank Says Ark. Foreclosure Suit Unfounded

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 6:16 PM EDT) -- Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. on Monday urged an Arkansas federal judge to toss a putative class action claiming the bank wasn't authorized to operate in the state when it foreclosed on homes and transferred their titles, saying it was authorized under the state's foreclosure laws.
