Holland & Knight Partially Settles $35M Fraud Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (April 24, 2012, 8:52 PM EDT) -- Holland & Knight LLP reached a partial settlement in California state court Tuesday with three investors who claim the law firm misled them on failed real estate ventures, days after a jury delivered a $34.5 million compensatory verdict against the firm but deadlocked on the award of punitive damages.
