Northrop Grumman Hit With Class Action Over Wage Rounding

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 3:23 PM EDT) -- A Northrop Grumman Corp. aircraft mechanic launched a proposed wage-and-hour class action in California state court Tuesday, accusing the defense giant of stiffing its aerospace and defense technology workers on overtime pay and denying them proper meal and rest periods.
