Howard Stern Renews Bid For Bonuses In $330M Sirius Battle

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 8:36 PM EDT) -- Howard Stern's production company and agent on Wednesday appealed a New York court's dismissal of their $330 million suit against Sirius XM Radio Inc., challenging the state judge's interpretation of bonus provisions in a contract with the radio network.
