Calif. Suit Says Apple Double Charged For ITunes Songs

Law360, Los Angeles (April 26, 2012, 8:21 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania iTunes user slammed Apple Inc. with a breach of contract class action in California state court last week, claiming the Silicon Valley giant violated its own user agreement by double-charging millions of consumers for songs they purchased on its online music service.
