Yahoo Calls Facebook's Patent Counterclaims 'Retaliation'

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 6:20 PM EDT) -- Yahoo Inc. on Friday slammed counterclaims filed by Facebook Inc. as retaliation for its own patent claims in the company's intellectual property dispute in California federal court as it added two more claims of its own to the case.
