Textron Can't Shoot Down EA's Case Over Chopper IP

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 2:05 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday rejected Textron Inc.'s dismissal bid accusing video game maker Electronic Arts Inc. of forum shopping, leaving intact EA's suit seeking to block trademark claims over its use of brand-name helicopters in a military combat game.
