No Attys' Fees For Meal Break Suits, Calif. High Court Says

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 7:19 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court held Monday that winners in cases over alleged meal and rest break violations are not entitled to attorneys' fees, in a ruling that some say will make plaintiffs less likely to bring such claims.
