Apple Fights To Keep Co. Docs Out Of UMG Royalties Row

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 9:01 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Wednesday moved to block parties in a suit accusing Universal Music Group of shorting artists on digital royalties from getting protected Apple-related documents and testimony from a different case, arguing the parties have failed to show how such discovery is relevant to their action.
