Dick Clark Productions Wins Golden Globes Licensing Feud

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 10:59 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge ruled Monday that Dick Clark Productions Inc. has the right to license the Golden Globes to NBCUniversal Media LLC, rejecting the show’s organizers' contention that such an arrangement would violate a 20-year-old agreement between them.
