Bloomberg Wins FCC Fight Over Comcast Channel Grouping

Law360, New York (May 2, 2012, 6:33 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission said Wednesday that Comcast Corp. had wrongly isolated Bloomberg LP's business network from other news stations in channel listings, violating conditions imposed when the cable giant bought NBCUniversal Inc. last year.
