TFT-LCD Parties Split Over DOJ's Stay Request

Law360 (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs and defendants in the purported antitrust class action alleging collusion among TFT-LCD manufacturers filed motions Wednesday in response to the U.S. Department of Justice’s request to put the case on hold for a year.
