NFL Player's Son Pushes For Remand Of Key Concussion Suit

Law360, New York (May 7, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- The son of a deceased Chicago Bears player suing the NFL and helmet maker Riddell Inc. over their handling of football-related head injuries argued Friday that the case should be sent back to state court, which would likely make it the first such suit to reach trial.
