Ford & Harrison Hangs On In Fidelity Class Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (May 7, 2012, 9:35 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Monday rejected calls to disqualify Ford & Harrison LLP from defending Fidelity National Management Services LLC in a wage and hour class action while also representing employees who are potential plaintiff class members, saying the workers had signed valid conflict waivers.
