UBS' $6B MBS Row With FHFA Gets 2013 Trial Date

Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 8:10 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Monday the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s case against UBS Americas Inc. over $6.4 billion in allegedly doomed securities sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be tried in the fall of 2013, the first of 16 such suits.
