Class Certification Bid Nixed In SkyWest Suit

Law360 (September 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge in California has struck down a request to certify five classes that could have included thousands of current and former SkyWest Airlines Inc. employees, in a lawsuit that accuses the air carrier of illegal employment practices and unfair business practices.
