Dunkin' Depositions Factor In Morgan & Morgan OT Suit DQ

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 6:57 PM EDT) -- Morgan & Morgan PA and an attorney who allegedly used a drawing of male genitalia to describe opposing counsel and conducted depositions in a doughnut shop were disqualified Wednesday from a proposed wage class action after a Florida federal judge found the suit had been irreparably damaged by the conduct.
