Activision, EA Call Truce In 'Call Of Duty' Sabotage Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (May 16, 2012, 8:01 PM EDT) -- Activision Publishing Inc. has agreed to drop claims alleging rival Electronic Arts Inc. attempted to sabotage the video game publisher's billion-dollar "Call of Duty" franchise by enticing two producers to leave the company, attorneys said Wednesday.

An attorney for Activision told California Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle that the companies will file a settlement agreement with the court in the coming days.
